Cancellation policy

To secure your appointment, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows will result in the loss of your consultation fee.

• No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, your consultation fee will be forfeited.
